Day Sixteen
This one might sound strange to some, but today I am thankful for trials. Out of trials our characters are shaped, defined, and mold us to look more like Christ Jesus. Today's sermon reminded me of this. Even though problems are inconvenient and come in so many shapes, sizes and colors, they have purpose. That purpose is to make me more like Christ, to sanctify my character and purify my faith.
I was reminded that when trials and tribulations come my way, I must remember the three R's: rejoice, request, and relax. All because God always has been and always will be in control. That is something to be truly grateful for.
