Day Nine

Today I am thankful for "Old Joe" my trusty coffee maker I received as a Christmas gift my Sophomore year of college. If I were a lyrical individual I would compose an ode for "Old Joe". I use "Old Joe" not just for brewing numerous amounts of coffee, but for heating water for tea and hot chocolate. I use my coffee maker at least three times a day to brew coffee or heat hot water. In the five years that I have had this machine, I have never had a problem with it. Machines aren't made to last like that. It seems trivial, but I am grateful for my little four cup Mr. Coffee coffee maker. I am grateful for such a well built and sturdy machine.
